Andrew Westlake is the Vice President and Broker of Peoples Company. A native of Bozeman, Montana, he grew up on a farm raising wheat and barley alongside a horse and cattle ranching operation.
Andrew and his family currently reside in Ames, Iowa where he attended Iowa State University and spent a number of years as an Information Technology Programmer and Analyst in the banking, financial services and insurance industries before joining Peoples Company in 2008. Licensed as Peoples Company’s managing broker in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Kansas, Mississippi, Georgia, Washington, Florida, Oregon, Louisiana, Missouri and Montana, Andrew oversees our Brokerage division. He actively lists and sells land and commercial properties throughout our licensed states and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Iowa Association of Realtors, Des Moines Area Association of Realtors, Realtor's Association of Southern Minnesota, Arkansas Realtor's Association and Realtor's Land Institute.
Andrew utilizes skills learned throughout his career in real estate and during his time as an IT professional to solve problems and create opportunities for land owners, investors and potential buyers. He has served as a court appointed Receiver for a host of large commercial foreclosures and has rehabilitated and liquidated numerous REO investment portfolios. Andrew focuses on building lasting relationships with, and delivering innovative solutions to, our clients.
