David Anderson brings over 19 years of professional real estate experience to A5 Real Estate. As the company’s Principal Broker, David specializes in large acreage ranch transactions, as well as recreational land, development, and commercial properties. During his professional career, David has been responsible for over $250 million in successful transactions, involving nearly one million acres of land. In addition to ranch brokerage, David is also a certified general appraiser, and has owned and operated a successful real estate appraisal and consulting company since 2005. During his career, David has appraised over $2.5 billion of all types of land, agricultural and commercial properties for a range of clients including conservation groups, lenders, government entities, law firms, investors and Fortune 100 financial institutions. While helping A5’s clients is his primary focus, David has personally purchased, leased, and managed several investment properties, and has ownership in a few small companies. David also owns a ranch in Southeastern Idaho near the Star Valley, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. David’s formal education includes a B.A. in Business Finance, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from the University of Utah.
