David has been in the real estate industry for 35 years, obtaining his brokers license in 1991. He has specialized in residential land development and new construction home sales since entering the business in 1986. David offers services to builders and developers to locate potential sites for development, procure an agreement of sale contingent upon approvals, assemble a development team, obtain subdivision approvals for the subject property, assist in obtaining financing for the project, manage the installation of site improvements, manage the construction of the homes being built, and design, price, market and sell all of the homes in the development. David and his team have sold over $500 million in land and residential sales and David has taken 40 projects through the subdivision and entitlement process. A highlight of David's career was assembling 7 parcels of land totaling 300 acres, obtaining a residential golf course community overlay zoning, getting the land approved for a golf course and 290 building lots, and selling all 290 paper building lots to a national builder for $14.5 million. He is the broker for Cavalier Real Estate in Austin.
