Doyle comes to the Real Estate industry with a vast array of experience
and knowledge. With years spent in commercial construction and 22
years of service in the Marine’s, Doyle’s skills in management, leadership
and negotiations will benefit our clients and team overall. He also has
experience in the financial industry and insurance sales which provides a
well-rounded background preparing him to support our clients. Doyle has
considerable knowledge in contract negotiation, risk assessment, effective
communication and problem solving. Doyle has personal experience with
most aspects of home building and repair processes and a keen eye for detail.
Doyle performs pre-offer property evaluations to minimize surprises during
inspections. For TST selling clients, Doyle performs pre-listing consultation and
recommendations to best prepare homes to reduce buyer concerns. Doyle not
only loves helping clients find their perfect home, but loves helping them find
the perfect Hunting Ranch, Farm and Ranch residential property or raw land.
Doyle has taken many additional courses from both Champions School of Real
Estate and the Realtors Land Institute in subjects like “Farm and Ranch Real
Estate”, “Land 101”, “Transitional Land Development”, “Oil, Gas and Minerals”,
“1031 Exchanges” and many others. These courses provided the information
and resources to help Doyle sell over one thousand acres of real estate.
