Jon Adams, Owner/Broker of United Country Mountain Ranch and Home Brokers has lived in farm and ranch country in the central mountains of Colorado for over 45 years.  Through a lifetime of experience and dedicated study Jon's knowledge of the values of the land, the water, and the ways of life in the mountains and valleys of Colorado have led him to become one of the most knowledgeable and trusted land brokers in the area.

A Colorado resident for over 45 years, an entrepreneur and skilled businessman, Jon has founded and managed several successful companies including a full-service excavation company, a nationally known performance parts retail and warehouse company, and a professional off-road race team, as well as completing multiple commercial and residential construction and development projects. A talented and competitive motorcyclist, he has earned multiple regional off-road racing titles including 250A and Overall A in the Rocky Mountain Enduro Circuit and was a top-level AA class competitor. Combining his love of motorcycles with his business skills he founded Hi-Per Sports, Inc. which was listed on the Inc. Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in the U.S.”  Jon went on from there to co-found the FMF/Throttlehead.com/Kawasaki Team Green professional factory off-road racing team competing in the Grand National Cross Country Series and the AMA National Hare Scrambles Series.  Jon became a licensed Realtor in 2008.  His advanced business skills and hard-driving and energetic personality have earned him many Top Producing Agent awards as well as being named Realtor of the Year.  He brings a strong work ethic, a good sense of humor, and a love and knowledge of Colorado real estate to each transaction.  Jon currently resides in the central mountain town of Salida. 

Daryl Weems has made Central Texas his home for the past 21 years. He holds B.S in Management from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of Katy High School.

Daryl owned and operated DMW Contractors, Inc and built many homes in and around the greater Waco area. It was during this time that Daryl became interested in the real estate sales side of construction and knew that his extensive construction background would benefit buyers and sellers alike.

He earned his real estate license and 2008 and became a licensed broker in 2011. He is also a graduate of the Texas Real Estate Leadership program 2010.

Daryl and his wife Suzanne have three children and enjoy spending time on their property in Crawford. They are active members of the First Baptist Church of Waco and both serve on church committees.

As life would have it, Daryl and his wife are extremely busy with kid activities. Daryl helps coach the various sports that his kids participate in and enjoys mission trips to Ecuador. He also serves as the President for North Bosque Water Supply Corporation of which he has been a board member since 2014.

After serving as a Waco fire fighter more than a decade, Alex decided to get his real estate license in 2017. While still on shift at the fire station every third day, much of his time is now devoted to working hard to help clients find their dream property or sell at the best price. Alex grew up in small towns across North Central Texas and graduated from Milford High School in 1999. He has lived in McLennan County for 20 years and has seen the exciting growth in the area. He recognized that with this growth has come a high demand for property and the need for professional and ethical real estate agents. He and his wife bought their first home in 2004, and that’s when he began to be intrigued by the real estate process. After buying and selling their 5th property, he decided to turn his passion for buying and selling properties into a career. Alex has become a top producer over the past two years and works hard for his clients. His honed his skills in pricing, negotiating, matching clients’ needs with the right property and helping them through the often-complicated process of buying or selling. He and his family worship at First Baptist Church Waco, and they recently bought a Texas ranchette in Northern McLennan County.

Michael grew up on a farm in Northern Colorado, along with farming he became an avid outdoorsman and has been hunting and fishing for over 40 years. He currently owns and operates a waterfowl hunting club and has been guiding waterfowl hunts for over 20 years. Michael studied Exercise Physiology at UNC in Greeley where he played on a varsity football scholarship, this launched him into a 30 year career in the health and fitness industry in which he is still involved as an event promoter. Michael was a Licensed Real Estate Broker from 2002-2009, when the market went south he decided to pursue other interests. Now he is back in the career he is most passionate about and with his extensive knowledge of water rights, mineral rights, farming operations and hunting management he is selling the product he has most knowledge of as well. Holly Allison is a business-oriented professional with a strong background in production agriculture, and marketing.

I was born in Long Beach California and moved to Colorado at age 8. After high school I moved to Virginia to attend Liberty University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. After that, I moved back to Colorado and spent years in the banking industry. Eventually I decided that the real estate industry was where I wanted to be.
