In 1999, after years of serving in corporate finance and real estate Brokerage, Jerrett moved from the Houston marketplace and positioned JVL Real Estate in the Texas Hill Country near San Antonio, Texas. A Broker of more than 30 years, Jerrett served many roles as an Investment Property Appraiser, Developer, Advisor and Capital Markets Lender. With an extensive background in real estate related acquisition and development as well as oil & gas mineral procurement, Jerrett sought to bring his direct leadership and tenure to the forefront of his own real estate company. "It was after three different corporate mergers that I decided to lead a team of professionals who had similar values and interests as mine", says Lamb. Jerrett began a process of assembling talented Real Estate Agents & Broker Associates throughout the State of Texas and quickly opened up satellite offices in Kerrville, San Angelo, Austin, Boerne, San Antonio and Houston. Jerrett has served numerous community leadership roles and has been on the Board of Directors with the Boerne Hill Country YMCA and the Bandera County Board of REALTORS®. Jerrett served as a Director with the REALTOR ® Land Institute and was the President of the Bandera County Board of REALTORS ® for 14-years and served a role as a Director for the Texas Association of REALTORS ® Commercial Committee. Jerrett has continuously served as a Life Member and Volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for 30+ years as well as the San Antonio Livestock Exposition for more than 25+ years. In his spare-time (be it sporadic) Jerrett enjoys time with his children hunting, fishing and traveling abroad.
