Reese Lovell

Reese was born and raised between the banks of the Arkansas River and the Ozark Mountains, where his passion for the outdoors and wildlife began. This passion grew into a unique skill set that lead him to be one of the youngest Wildlife Biology interns to ever be hired by the Forest Service Program out of Arkansas Tech University. This relentless self-drive is what accelerated him through life and his career as a Colorado ranch broker.
Beginning as an entrepreneur at the early age of 16, Reese brings a deep understanding of business and client relations. His diverse set of experiences has come together under one roof in the Farm and Ranch business. This, together with his faith, has aided him in rising to the top of his peer group in the real estate business. Reese credits the unique ranch brokerage of Eagle Land to his success, as he has taken part in some of the largest transactions in his region, now nearing 100 million dollars in transactions since joining the firm in 2019. Reese does not shy away from large and complex transactions. As he says, “data is king” in this business, and creating clarity using data has aided in getting complex ranch deals to a close. Reese is a driver and seeks daily to get the job done for his clients.
The best compliment you can receive in this business is repeat business. Reese is adored by his clients as they retain a lifelong relationship with him, even after the transaction, becoming their go-to ‘ranch guy.’

Furthermore big bucks travel through the ranch that many times the owners have never seen before. Giving them the opportunity to harvest big mature bucks every year without being dependent on a local gene pool to carefully manage. Throughout their ownership and hunting of the ranch they have taken multiple 200 plus inch mule deer including some 220 plus deer. The main lodge is a double master with high-end finishes and a loft that can sleep multiple guests. Then there is a 1 bed 1 bath cabin with a kitchen that has been remodeled. The barn also has living space with a small kitchenette and houses even more guests with its 3 bed 1 bath accommodations. With that the ranch can house over a dozen guests comfortably. The ranch also has owned miner rights, irrigation, and ag tax exemption. No CE, no public or private easements, year-around access, borders BLM, and minutes from town.
