Shawn T. Wood founded Arid State Land & Ag Associates, LLC in 2012 with her over 20 years of experience in the agriculture industry. Shawn is an accredited rural appraiser with a focus on farms, dairies, ranches, aggregate properties and more. She has been a Real Estate Salesperson for 10+ years and a Designated Broker for the past 5 years, gaining extensive knowledge of industry and community. In 2000, Shawn earned her Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from the Arizona State University and later went on the earn her MBA from the institution in 2004. Shawn serves on multiple agriculture related committees and boards throughout the state such as Maricopa County Farm Bureau, Maricopa County Farm Bureau Woman, Maricopa County Fair Board and Arizona Farm and Ranch Experience.
