I have been a full time, licensed, professional Realtor since 1996.
My Team includes myself, a licensed assistant, an unlicensed trainee, a professional photographer, a professional videographer and a variety of contractors who provide expert professional service to my clients.
I have three horses, Bud, Goldie & Elton and grew up on a commercial farm.
During that time I have not only worked in the industry as a conventional realtor, I have also been a branch manager for ERA Cornerstone, I have trained and mentored, recruited and written PR for myself, my company and the Nevada County Association of Realtors.
I have completed training in mediation and received my mediation certificate from CAR in association with Pepperdine University.
I am a certified SFR Realtor and a HAFA specialist.
I am currently a director and Past President for Nevada County Association of Realtors, I was the 2016 NCAOR Secretary, served on education and PR , and grievance committees, as well I was the PR chair for numerous years, and I am currently serving as the Chair of Legislative Affairs and am on the Professional Standards committee. I participate in Association of Realtors community service projects such as “Clean Sweep” to assist elderly, bed ridden and handi capped in our community, charitable foundation and etc.
I am currently the Subdivision and Development Issues Chair for the Land Use and Environmental Committee at the California Association of Realtors, and am a CAR Director.
I am serving on The Sewage Technical Advisory Group for Nevada County EHS.
I am on the Board of the Nevada County Economic Resources Council.
I am active with Various Planning Departments in Nevada County.
I am on the Advisory Committee for the Expansion of our local Youth Center: NEO.
In 2001 I was named Realtor Associate of the Year for Nevada County Association of Realtors.
I have been a consistently high producing agent for most of my career in real estate including being named top overall producer for ERA Cornerstone in 2005 and ranking in the top 10% for the nation for ERA.
During my career I have worked with developers to complete entire subdivisions from bare dirt to finished homes, I have worked with many builders to procure lots, build homes and sell finished product; I have sold ranches, ag and equestrian properties, land, business opportunities, commercial property, negotiated commercial leases, sold Bulk reo tapes and worked hand in hand with lenders and home buyers including first time home buyers utilizing special programs from VA to rural grants. In a normal market, on average, I frequently carry between 10 to 25 listings at any given time and two to twelve escrows at a time as well.
I am knowledgeable about 1031 exchanges, investment properties, have consulted in insurance cases utilizing forensic BPO skills.
I service Military families with great care for their specialized needs.
I have a successful track record in negotiating short sales and mortgage modifications and REO transactions.

I have been an active supporter and member of many organizations including Nevada County Horsemen, INC., I am a board member of the Penn Valley Community Rodeo Association and a
supporter of 4-H clubs in Santa Cruz, Mariposa and Nevada Counties. I regularly sponsor District 3 High School Rodeo, rodeo queens for state & local rodeos; Charitiable considerations also to American Cancer Society and Hospice, Animal Save and other animal & youth related causes.
I am an active supporter of Habitat for Humanity, Hospitality House and Nevada County Pets of the Homeless.
My Husband and son have Class A & Class B contractors licenses, I work closely with many contractors on projects and am familiar with most facets of construction and permitting as well as maintain a great working relationship with the Community Development Department.
