Bil Bahny Bill Bahny & Associates

At 21 years old, I went into a partnership with my dad and we built and opened a beer bar and restaurant called the Suds Hut. I owned that from 1968 thru 1981. During that time I also had an outfitting and guiding business taking hunters into the mountains for a week at a time. When I sold the bar, I went into the excavating business and subdividing of property which, of course, lead to the real estate in 1982 and I have been doing that ever since.
I have been a real estate broker since 1992 and have owned my own company all that time I have for 30 years specialized in farm and ranch sales, my largest single sale is 13 million and my largest sale to one client is 20 million.

Hobbies: I was a trap shooter for about 4 years and traveled into Canada and the western U.S. and, if I don’t say so myself, was pretty good. I also rodeoed as a “bulldogger “ [ steer wrestling] for about 8 years. Shooting is my main hobby though along with horse and mule packing into the backcountry. I used to ride snowmobiles a lot but now enjoy riding side by side 4 wheelers.

Carroll Bobo United Country Bobo Realty & Land Company
Carroll earned his real estate Sales License in 1982 and his Brokers License in 1986, beginning his long career as a sales associate in Tyler, Texas. In the early years he learned the business by selling houses. His people skills quickly qualified him to take over the company’s sales management position. In this capacity, Carroll took advantage of many of the training opportunities from sales techniques and management to business models and forecasting. Carroll is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying a lifetime of hunting, fishing and most importantly clay target shooting. He earned a place on the National Skeet Shooting Association All American 1st Team as early as 1976. In recent years he participates in National Sporting Clays Association Master Class competition. He has hunted birds across America, Mexico and Argentina. His fondest boyhood memories are hunting quail, ducks and small game animals in East Texas. Carroll’s personal goals have always been to incorporate his love of the outdoors with his business endeavors. In 1999 the opportunity to join United Country Real Estate came along. Moving back to East Texas, the land where he spent his growing up years, to sell country real estate was a dream come true. The agronomy of the area has transitioned in the past 50 years from truck farms and grain crops to pasture land for cattle. Today, with cattle prices down and drought conditions prevailing, the land is again transitioning to more recreational uses. Landowners are enhancing their properties with hunting food plots, fishing lakes, and nature preserves. Many buyers are investing in land to hold for the future. Carroll’s expertise with 1031 exchanges, wildlife preservation programs, and wetlands renewal programs give him a leg up when helping buyers and sellers reach their goals, dreams and desires.

Joe Bollig Pacific Properties
Born and raised in Oregon’s Bay Area, Joe has always wanted to have a career that would allow him to raise his family in the community he had called home for over 20 years. Per chance, at the age of 24, Joe went to work for Frito Lay as a Route Sales Representative delivering Frito Lay brand products to hundreds of customers throughout Coos County. It was an enjoyable career, but as we all know life changes. Through that change, and having known many of the agents and people who had experience with the Pacific Properties office, Joe decided to procure his Real Estate License in an effort to expand his career options and give him added flexibility. Through his own Real Estate dealings and processes he found that not only was it exciting and invigorating, but also had endless possibilities. It was through that process that he decided to venture into Real Estate full-time at the age of 32. Extremely thankful and grateful to Randy Hoffine, Principal Broker of Pacific Properties, for his opportunity, he strives to offer a “Service above Sales” approach. With his countless years of customer service experience, as well as business sense, Joe looks forward to working with everyone looking to make a move in the Oregon Real Estate Market. Joe has taken a shine to vacant land, acreage, timber, farm & ranch properties where most agents haven't.
