After years of owning a successful insurance agency, Machelle was ready for a change. Rather than insuring homes for her clients, she now sells homes instead. Machelle has won multiple Diamond Awards and sold more than $9 million in real estate. She lives in the mountains of Westcliffe, Colorado with 4 dogs, 2 horses, and a very well-loved barn cat named Patch.
Machelle has a quirky sense of humor and loves to explore new areas,m which serves her well in dealing with people, random cows that may be in the mood for a game of "make me move off the road," or random dogs that may want to play "chase the Realtor®." Many of Machelle's clients become friends and extended family, remaining in touch long after their real estate transaction has completed.
Having spent nearly 30 years in Southern Colorado, living along the Front Range...and now as a licensed Realtor®, Machelle is very familiar with the local real estate market. Because Machelle is not afraid of hard work, her clients often reach her as she is tramping through deep snow or driving up steep mountain roads. Machelle enjoys meeting new people and helping them in their dreams to home ownership, to building a legacy, and negotiating to get the best deal, no matter which side she is representing.
