Zeb is the proud fifth-generation resident of rural Utah, where he has spent the majority of his life. Throughout his upbringing, Zeb actively participated in a variety of land projects, collaborating with his family on endeavors for farmers, ranchers, the Bureau of Land Management, various state agencies, and the US Forest Service. These formative years instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of land management for diverse purposes. Zeb's exposure to this world fostered a profound appreciation for the great outdoors and ignited his passion for fishing, hunting, hiking, and exploring the natural beauty of Utah and beyond.
Currently, Zeb and his wife, Meagan, call a home nestled on a spacious acreage in the Sevier Valley their own. They relish the time they spend with their three young children: Daklyn, Sloan, and Hunter. Zeb and Meagan are enthusiastic about raising their children in the close-knit embrace of family and the rural lifestyle that shaped both of their childhoods.
Zeb's journey has seen him traverse a decade in the field of education and training. However, his heart eventually guided him back to his rural Utah roots. By aligning his career with his personal interests and passions, Zeb discovered a fantastic opportunity in the realm of land management as a Land Specialist. His base of operations is now in central and southern Utah, where he is wholeheartedly committed to providing his clients with the most exceptional real estate experience of their lives.
Growing up in South Louisiana, I quickly developed a passion for the outdoors and everything that surrounded it. I knew at an early age that having a profession in the outdoor industry would be something that I would strive for.
My wife and I reside on the Southern slope of Pikes Peak in Colorado where we have 1 little boy and absolutely love living in the mountains. Outside of real estate, I enjoy my time as a hunting guide, spending time with the family, hiking, and wetting an occasional fishing line.
At my core, I enjoy helping others as well as the outdoors and through that I combined both and became a mountain real estate agent.
My belief in the business is to be able to go above and beyond what anyone would expect and treat my clients just as I would expect the same.
Let me put my experience and willingness to please to help you buy or sell your mountain property.
Amy is a Colorado native, but an accidental “Yampa Valley Girl,” falling in love with NW Colorado when she married into a long-time Hayden family. Returning to Hayden after college, she and her husband, Mike, soon began investing in real estate. Beginning with a purchase of the family farm, they have expanded their operation to include 2,500 deed acres and 4,000 leased acres, raising sheep, wheat, safflower and hay. Next, they diversified into the car wash industry, purchasing Craig Super Wash.
Along with the family business ventures, Amy honed her real estate knowledge and management skills as the elected Routt County Assessor for 14 years. Upon leaving county government, she joined the appraisal firm of Nash-Johnson Associates, Inc. and received her MAI designation. At nearly the same time, Amy had the good fortune to join Colorado Group Realty. Colorado Group has offered the perfect platform to blend her deep knowledge of the local real estate market, appreciation of all that the Yampa Valley has to offer, and a desire to provide an outstanding customer experience when buying or selling property.
