Candy Cargill is the broker and owner of Hill Country Real Estate that was founded by her Mother in the early 1970’s making it the oldest company in Blanco County. After having a career in different phases of the sports industry, she moved back "home" and went to work at Hill Country Real Estate in 1986.

She has been involved with numerous civic organizations through the years and is still a member of the Blanco Chamber of Commerce, Gem of the Hills, Friends of the Library, The Yucca Garden Club, The Blanco Woman’s Club, Rotary Club and is a supporter of many civic, youth and ecumenical activities. He has specialized in residential land development and new construction home sales since entering the business in 1986. Lance Chamberlain grew up in Central Oklahoma. Since a child he has had a passion to be outdoors, if it was hunting, fishing, exploring or just being outside. He has been in the hunting industry since 2010 and enjoyed helping people do what they love. He has a passion for helping others find a property they will enjoy and find useful for many years to come. He currently resides in central Oklahoma with his wife Maria, daughter Ellie and son Evan.

Jacky Christian came to Southern Colorado in 1995 with her husband Mike and four children. Finding Cuchara, Colorado after living in Phoenix, Arizona was like finding another world where "Time Stood Still" in a world gone crazy. Mike and Jacky started a church named Cuchara Christian Fellowship at entry to Cuchara Mountain Resort in 1996 and they both worked at Cuchara Mountain Resort in the Marketing area. They hosted the Cuchara Mountain Ski Area Resort Booths at Ski Shows in Texas and Colorado and Jacky worked specifically with all incoming groups from Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Kansas.  Previously Jacky had worked several years in New York for Wilhelmina Models and then switching to Ford Models,she worked all over the world as a High Fashion Model. Traveling from New York to Japan to Paris and Germany as well as Morocco, Belgium and the Philippines to name just a few places she worked prior to moving to Colorado. After experiencing all the Breathtaking places around the world Jacky and her husband, Mike felt  Southern Colorado was truly home.

Starting Capture Colorado in 2002 with a genuine love for the area now gave her the ability to help others beat the rat race and slip away to this Incredible area called La Veta, Cuchara, and Stonewall, Colorado.
