Seth graduated from Kansas State University in 1998 with a Business degree, and quickly moved into the real estate industry. He joined his father Leo Hayden with Hayden Outdoors and has sold ranches and recreational properties since 1998. Seth's specialties include water valuation and water rights, mineral rights and oil and gas industries, recreational tracts, commercial and development ground, and rural farms and ranches.
