Crosby Land Company, Inc. is a full-service real estate brokerage with more than 39 years of hands-on experience in the land business. We have an unparalleled passion for real estate. We also set a professional standard that sets us apart from other real estate companies.
Based in the Colleton County of South Carolina and the “Ace Basin” of the Lowcountry, we understand the intricacies of historical land ownership in the South. Life is different down here, and you need a representative who understands the values of southern culture, heritage, and traditions. We know people, and we specialize in rural land. Unlike other realty companies that focus on residential sales, we are land specialists. It’s all we do.
Our sales team has extensive backgrounds in forestry, agriculture applications, wildlife management, conservation easements, and more. We are actively engaged in the sale of all types of rural land, including antebellum plantations, high-end recreational properties, farms, and agricultural land throughout the Southeast.
