Taylor has spent the majority of his life on the front range of Colorado. Growing up with this background, Taylor quickly turned hunting, fishing, and the outdoors into a passion. He spent 6 years guiding hunts all across the central United States and up into Canada. Having been born in the mountains of Montana and raised in Colorado, he quickly grew accustomed to this western lifestyle. Taylor continued his time in Colorado by attending Colorado State University and pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business. As a student Taylor spent 3 years as the President of the Colorado State University Ducks Unlimited chapter where they made huge strides by becoming ranked in the top 3 collegiate chapters nationally. Spending a large part of his time on the road as a hunting guide, he also grew a lot of relationships with farmers and ranchers across the western United States. These relationships in return provided him with an invaluable teaching of land and the very knowledge that he has to this day. After graduating from Colorado State University with his degree in Agricultural Business, Taylor has now found a career path in farm, ranch, and recreational real estate that combines his love for the outdoors and his vast knowledge of real estate. With experience in all aspects of hunting, fishing, and the outdoors, he is confident and believes that he has an edge when evaluating quality land or water around the country. Daniel Dye was born in Kentucky and raised in Texas, where he developed a deep passion for the outdoors. Growing up in Argyle, he spent his time chasing ducks in East Texas and white-tails in West Texas, activities that helped him realize his true calling: working with Texas land. He learned valuable lessons from these outdoor experiences—patience sitting in deer stands with his dad, competitiveness through dove hunting battles with his brother, and hard work through farm work on his grandfather’s farm. These attributes shaped his character and fueled his passion for land.

 

While studying Marketing and Business Management at the University of Oklahoma, Daniel also obtained his real estate license, driven by his dream to help others buy and sell Texas land. After graduating, he and his wife, McKenzie Dye, moved back to Texas, settling in Grapevine, TX. There, Daniel launched his real estate career at Mossy Oak Properties’ headquarters, where he became a certified land specialist and learned to provide expert, personalized services to both buyers and sellers. His success there led to an exciting opportunity: he was appointed as TEXASLAND’s North Texas representative. Since accepting this role, Daniel has played a key part in the company's growth, helping TEXASLAND become part of the top 1% of all real estate teams in Texas. His lifelong love for Texas land, combined with his expertise and dedication, continues to drive his success in helping clients navigate the land market.

Growing up in Goodland, Kansas, Jim learned the value and reward of hard work. After completing his degree in Business Management, and competing on the varsity golf team at Wichita State University, Jim married his high school sweetheart and set off on a 21 year career as a private club manager and a PGA Golf Professional. As a club manager, Jim relied on his skills in customer service, organization, project management and hard work to be successful, and he carries these skills forward to be successful in real estate today. Jim truly enjoys learning and is an avid reader and "news hound", staying up to date on markets and the world around him. Garrett was born in North, TX and grew up in Johnson County. He is a 2003 graduate of Crowley High School and his family resides in Burleson, Texas. Upon graduation, Garrett worked his way through Tarrant County College to earn his EMT and Firefighter certificates. He was hired on with the City of Waco Fire department in 2007 and works out of Station 1. Garrett currently holds the rank of Lieutenant on Engine 1 in East Waco. He has also become part of the elite team that serves Central Texas via Swift Water Rescue, Confined Space and Trench Rescue and the Hazmat Team. Did I mention he is also an accomplished welder? His time at the Fire Department has allowed him to do what he loves the most, helping others in need. Twin Bends Reality is fortunate to have a leading agent who shares his love for real estate with his brothers at Station 1. This peaked Garrett’s interest in pursuing a career in real estate, so he took the time to earn his real estate license. Garrett and his wife were high school sweethearts and married in 2006. They have two children and are active in all aspects of their children’s lives. Garrett coaches both little league teams and currently serves as the President of Dad’s Club, which helps parents find volunteer opportunities within the school.
