David and his team have sold over $500 million in land and residential sales and David has taken 40 projects through the subdivision and entitlement process. A highlight of David's career was assembling 7 parcels of land totaling 300 acres, obtaining a residential golf course community overlay zoning, getting the land approved for a golf course and 290 building lots, and selling all 290 paper building lots to a national builder for $14.5 million. He is the broker for Cavalier Real Estate in Austin.
