Since the late 1990's David has been engaged in wine country real-estate selling homes, luxury estates, vineyards, and wineries. David represents both buyers and sellers. Along with property search, evaluation, negotiation, due diligence, marketing and transaction close, David provides access to his vast network of wine country experts. This group includes designers, architects, vineyard managers and a host of other consultants. Beyond “the deal” David helps his clients with numerous value added services, ranging from creating a wine brand to selling wine grapes and much more. David has a primary focus on Sonoma and Napa counties and also branches out across the broader North Coast - Bay Area region and the greater California landscape. Prior to real estate, David worked in finance for several technology companies in the Silicon Valley and holds a degree in Business Administration. Above all, David is known for his professional approach, coupled with crucial area knowledge and excellent communication skills, giving his clients a high degree of confidence and an excellent customer experience when completing a purchase or sale.
