After serving as a Waco fire fighter more than a decade, Alex decided to get his real estate license in 2017. While still on shift at the fire station every third day, much of his time is now devoted to working hard to help clients find their dream property or sell at the best price. Alex grew up in small towns across North Central Texas and graduated from Milford High School in 1999. He has lived in McLennan County for 20 years and has seen the exciting growth in the area. He recognized that with this growth has come a high demand for property and the need for professional and ethical real estate agents. He and his wife bought their first home in 2004, and that’s when he began to be intrigued by the real estate process. After buying and selling their 5th property, he decided to turn his passion for buying and selling properties into a career. Alex has become a top producer over the past two years and works hard for his clients. His honed his skills in pricing, negotiating, matching clients’ needs with the right property and helping them through the often-complicated process of buying or selling. He and his family worship at First Baptist Church Waco, and they recently bought a Texas ranchette in Northern McLennan County.

Daryl Weems has made Central Texas his home for the past 21 years. He holds B.S in Management from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of Katy High School.

Daryl owned and operated DMW Contractors, Inc and built many homes in and around the greater Waco area. It was during this time that Daryl became interested in the real estate sales side of construction and knew that his extensive construction background would benefit buyers and sellers alike.

He earned his real estate license and 2008 and became a licensed broker in 2011. He is also a graduate of the Texas Real Estate Leadership program 2010.

Daryl and his wife Suzanne have three children and enjoy spending time on their property in Crawford. They are active members of the First Baptist Church of Waco and both serve on church committees.

As life would have it, Daryl and his wife are extremely busy with kid activities. Daryl helps coach the various sports that his kids participate in and enjoys mission trips to Ecuador. He also serves as the President for North Bosque Water Supply Corporation of which he has been a board member since 2014.

Nathan is a native of Arlington, Texas. He is a graduate of Arlington High School class of 2007 and went on to attend the University of Texas at Arlington class of 2014. As a young man, Nathan worked various jobs throughout High School and College. Jobs in sales and various mission trips, helped him to develop a love for service and building relationships with people. He is currently employed by the City of Waco Fire Department where he puts his life on the line to serve those in need. Like most First Responders, Nathan enjoys the flexible schedule that the Fire Department offers. Having bought and sold property, He developed a love for the process involved in a real estate transaction. Nathan earned his Texas Real Estate license in February of 2018. Nathan is newly married to an incredible woman named Marcie and they have started their life together in Grand Prairie. They enjoy spending the weekends utilizing all that the Metroplex has to offer and look forward to starting a family soon. Nathan and Marcie are active members at the First Baptist Church in Arlington and serve together in the youth group and mission ministries. Bryan’s Central Texas roots started in Belton Texas, but he cut his teeth in the city of Robinson where his family grew up. He is a graduate of Robinson High School class of 94’. As a young man, he started a career in route sales in the beverage industry and ran a route that spanned a five-county area. The last twenty years of his career with the Nestle Group, he served as the Manager for the Home and Office water division in North Texas. In this position he and his team were recognized as the top-selling team for many consecutive years during their National Sales events. Bryan and his wife have been married for 30 years and have three children. Their devotion to each other since High School has laid a tremendous foundation for their family. Together, they have raised their kids in Robinson. Bryan has had the privilege of coaching his son’s little league teams and served the Robinson Little league as a four-year board member with two years as the President. He and his family attend Crossroads Fellowship church where he serves as a greeter on Sundays, so swing on by! Bryan spent many summers on his grandad’s and uncle’s farms. The time on the farm helped to develop a deep love for Central Texas land and the animals that inhabit its various geographical areas. As he has stated, “the words of my Grandfather still echo in the halls of my mind; we should always leave the land in better shape than we found it!” Since joining Twin Bends Realty, Bryan has been a top-producer and built a vast network of clientele and experience in all things related to rural real estate. Garrett was born in North, TX and grew up in Johnson County. He is a 2003 graduate of Crowley High School and his family resides in Burleson, Texas. Upon graduation, Garrett worked his way through Tarrant County College to earn his EMT and Firefighter certificates. He was hired on with the City of Waco Fire department in 2007 and works out of Station 1. Garrett currently holds the rank of Lieutenant on Engine 1 in East Waco. He has also become part of the elite team that serves Central Texas via Swift Water Rescue, Confined Space and Trench Rescue and the Hazmat Team. Did I mention he is also an accomplished welder? His time at the Fire Department has allowed him to do what he loves the most, helping others in need. This peaked Garrett’s interest in pursuing a career in real estate, so he took the time to earn his real estate license. Garrett and his wife were high school sweethearts and married in 2006. They have two children and are active in all aspects of their children’s lives. Garrett coaches both little league teams and currently serves as the President of Dad’s Club, which helps parents find volunteer opportunities within the school. James’ Central Texas roots run deep. He is the fifth generation to be born and raised in Elm Mott, TX. James attended Connally High School class of 98’. He holds and Associates degree in fire Science. The love of music and the great outdoors were inherent in James’ youth. He worked various jobs throughout High School. James had family that are members of the Waco Fire Department, so he entered the fire academy upon graduation from Connally. He has served the Central Texas community for the past 20 years at the Department and absolutely loves his job and the comradery that goes with it. His current rank is Engineer/Driver for Truck 1 out of East Waco. Being a firefighter allows James a flexible schedule and through his contacts at Station 1, he developed an interest in real estate and the ability to serve his community outside of the fire station. His love for the great outdoors and living in the country has led him to Twin Bends Realty. He and his wife Monica are the proud parents of two. They enjoy their quiet time as a family and James keeps his son busy working around the house on his days off. James loves working on cars and has played in various bands throughout Central Texas. Barrett Mattson is a life-long resident of Waco, TX. He is a graduate of Reicher High School, class of 2015. While attending Arizona State University, Barrett became a licensed insurance salesman and his love of the deal sparked his interest in sales as a career. He currently is finishing up his bachelor’s degree in Waco and earned a real estate license in 2018. Barrett has already proven himself as a workhorse in real estate, all the while carrying a full load to finish his degree from Texas Tech.
