Peoples Company is honored to represent the beneficiaries of the Margaret Jeanne McDermott 2009 Revocable Trust in the sale of 183.65 total acres m/l of prime Guthrie County, Iowa farmland carrying CSR2 soils ratings in the high 80's to low 90's! Of the total 183.65 acres m/l in this complete portfolio, the McDermott family farmland includes 177.36 FSA cropland acres with an estimated 166.16 acres currently in row crop production carrying a CSR2 rating in the high-80's and low-90's. There are 11.20 acres currently enrolled into one Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) contract that expires in 2026. The farmland tracts will be sold as four individual tracts using the "Buyers Choice" auction method on a price per acre basis, and the high bidder can take, in any order, one or all tracts for their high bid.
