The Burns Farm is productive 272.58± contiguous acre farm located approximately one mile north of Burns, Wyoming. A ten-tower low-pressure Reinke pivot irrigates 126± acres. The pivot is equipped with an upgraded FieldNET remote which can be operated from any smart phone. The irrigation well is permitted for 1,000 gallons per minute and a 75 horse-power pump is set at 138 feet with the water level at only 50 feet. Historically, the utility costs associated with the pivot average $1,600 per month during the summer months. A mature stand of grass/alfalfa mix is currently planted on the farm. Improvements to the property include a 50’ X 100’ hay storage barn and three-phase power travels the length of the property. State Highway 149 travels along the eastern boundary of the property for one-half of a mile and additional access is provided by County Road 218 along the northern property boundary and County Road 148 on the western property boundary.
