Spectacular panoramic views of the Dragoon Mountains and Whetstone Mountains. The Dragoon Mountain Ranch subdivision is in St David AZ. The ranch consists of approximately 14,000 acres and adjoins 52,000 acres of the Coronado National Forest wilderness area. The ranch is also adjacent to thousands of acres of State Trust lands. Both the National Forest and State Trust lands provide a wildlife sanctuary. Dragoon Mountain Ranch is a gated community located in the lush foothills of the Dragoon Mountains, east of St. David in southeastern Arizona. DMR consists of four subdivisions each with it's own HOA (Homeowner's Assosiciation) and a Master HOA which is responsible for nine common areas and three gates. Originally the Horse Ranch was established in the 1800's. Cochise Stronghold is in the Dragoon Mountains and is where the famous Apache chief Cochise is buried.
