Land The land is comprised of rolling drylands that have previously consisted of grass, alfalfa, and other crops that are highly sought of by livestock and wildlife. Throughout the ranch, multiple drainages dispersed within the perimeters of the property feed into recently improved ponds that are currently holding water. The nearest airport known as Yampa Valley Regional Airport is located in Hayden which is roughly 30 minutes to the southeast of the ranch, and if one continues past Hayden an additional 30 minutes, they will arrive in Steamboat Springs which has a variety of popular attractions and amenities.
