The ranch consists of steep oak brush and aspen covered rolling hills that drop into flat grassy bottoms with aspen pockets where you can typically find a variety of wildlife foraging for food. For closest air travel, Yampa Valley Regional Airport is in Hayden, CO, which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes towards the northeast of the property, just before Steamboat.
