Yosemite View Ranch in its entirety encompasses 3,664+/- acres. The ranch is offered in several configurations and acreages ranging from 204 acres to 1,760 acres that meet your livestock grazing and recreational desires. Located in Mariposa County about seven miles from Coulterville, California and just a short drive from Yosemite National Park. The ranch features natural springs, ponds, views of Yosemite’s half dome and has large areas that are fenced and cross fenced for livestock. The ranch currently runs around 100 head of cattle but will support 200 to 250 with the right management. There are several areas that could be cleared to create more grazing land and open space. The Central Sierra foothills have a long history of gold mining dating back to the great California gold rush. The ranch has several gold mining patents on selected parcels. Yosemite Ranch lies in the richest area, the Mother Lode Gold Belt and includes three patented mining parcels, The Sweetwater Lode, The Southern Cross Lode and The Alta Quartz Lode. You will even see remains of the old gold mining camp known as Cat Town from the 1880's era.
