The main barn is a 30’ x 48’ Platte River Steel barn with 4 indoor stalls and enclosed tack room. There are 4 paddocks with water and loafing shed in each. There is a shop with other miscellaneous out-buildings at the headquarters. A good loafing shed is in the pasture with 4 watering points on a pipeline. Native pasture and dry land hay ground is well watered and in good condition. Pheasants, mule deer, and antelope are just some of the wildlife that frequent this property.
