Travis Smock is a land broker and shareholder of Peoples Company, an industry leading, Iowa based firm that focuses on land brokerage & auctions, land management, land investing and appraisals throughout the nation. Since joining the company in 2013, Travis has become a versatile member of the team assisting in projects across the country. Additionally, Travis has helped expand the company’s footprint with the opening of a remote office in Independence, Iowa. Travis is actively involved in the Iowa Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute where he is the current President. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in business management, Travis has continued his education by working towards obtaining the Accredited Land Consultant designation from the REALTORS® Land Institute as well as receiving Real Estate licenses in Iowa, Wisconsin and Florida.
