We are raising capital to purchase land in rural places, to conserve and protect them. Our holding strategies are solely for assimilation to the surrounding country; NO resorts, ski tourists, etc. We are not looking to populate and create a new "Park City" or "Jackson". The only tourism allowed, would be hunting, fishing, and camping. Holding strategies could include: local farming practices (ie: alfalfa, etc), cattle-ranching, and the like.
