Butch Hensley

I was raised on a farm in the Texas panhandle where I learned the value of hard work and to be a steward of the land. I have been active in the Oil and Gas Industry for 40 years. Learning all aspects of the industry but primarily working as a geologist.

For the past 15 years I have been actively helping surface and mineral owners take care of their properties in any activity that involved leasing, selling their minerals or negotiating damages of the surface with oil and gas companies. I look forward to expanding into the sale of land now. Through that I have been blessed to met and assist many people with their land needs.

I have enjoyed the outdoors since I was a child and continue doing that at my ranch in Eastern Oklahoma. I have been married 42 years to my lovely wife Rhonda and together we have 2 beautiful daughters and 2 wonderful grandchildren. My favorite activities in life are anything that involves my family.

$1,382,500  •  790 acres
The Rock Creek 790 is situated between Impson Valley and Razorback Mountainalong along the Indian Nation Turnpike just west of Moyers in Pushmataha County. This picturesque Pine and Oak covered property has beautiful views that are only magnified by the rolling elevation changes that range from 580'-780'. The property has paved road access with rural water and electricity utilities available. An extensive trail system has been carved throughout the 790-acres allowing entry to all party of the property. Being completely fenced has allowed the seller to run 30-50 head of cattle annually which could provide an instant ROI either through leasing the cattle pasture or by raising your own herd. This property could also provide a greater future ROI through timber harvesting. The clearings located throughout the property would make great feeder or food plot locations for the game you're after, whether it be deer, turkey or even the occasional elk or black bear.If you're looking for a property that will hunt and feel much larger than the acreage it actually is, then this is a place to take a look at.
