Chris Smith

I grew up in northeastern Oklahoma learning to fish the many lakes of the area, quail hunt with my Brittany and duck hunt with my labs. Outdoors have always been a part of my life and the connection to the land is something I love to share with others.

Growing up in Oklahoma provides unique perspective on the importance of land and the resources it provides for all of us. I have personally owned land in Lincoln County and it is fun to learn the history behind the properties we own and how they are been a part of the growth of our state and country. It is my hope to provide people looking for land a positive experience to find their own connection and piece of history.

I currently live in central Oklahoma with my five kids and three dogs. We love spending time outside hunting, fishing and camping. Time passes quickly and those memories cannot be replaced. Do not waste any time finding your place, life in every breath.

$250,000  •  20 acres
For the hunter, this property provides a very unique opportunity. Lake Murray State Park surrounds this property. With the surrounding land being state-owned, a bait station on the subject property could yield incredible results. There is no baiting allowed on the adjoining state land, so you could provide the wildlife with a year-round feed program that would draw deer and other wildlife from miles away. Carter County and the Lake Murray area has been known to produce some incredible whitetails, so why not own a secluded 20-acres in the State Park and have a chance at harvesting a once-in-a-lifetime whitetail.
