As a certified Equestrian Property Specialist, I bring not only real estate expertise but also a genuine understanding of the lifestyle, land use, and operational needs that matter most to equestrian and rural property owners.
My real estate journey began in 2004 in the lending industry, where I developed a strong foundation in the financial side of real estate transactions. In 2006, I launched a mobile notary business and became both a licensed real estate salesperson and a loan officer in California. Recognizing the importance of understanding every aspect of a transaction, I transitioned into escrow and title work in 2008, serving as a junior escrow officer and gaining invaluable hands-on experience. This comprehensive background gives me a well-rounded perspective that helps clients move through the buying or selling process with clarity and confidence.
After relocating to Colorado, I expanded my practice to reflect the needs of a growing and diverse client base. I earned certifications from the National Association of Realtors as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), both of which underscore my commitment to service, adaptability, and expert representation.
In addition to my specialty in equestrian and rural properties, I actively study the ever-evolving regulations related to water and mineral rights—an essential component of land ownership in the West. My goal is to provide clients with the most accurate, current information possible, empowering them to make informed decisions that support long-term success.

Colin Johnson was born in Loveland, Colorado. He is a 6th generation Coloradan and a 3rd generation realtor. He grew up in Windsor but has lived in Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins, and Estes Park. He has lived the Northern Colorado Lifestyle. He served for nearly ten years in the United States Army. Colin was assigned to the 2/504th Parachute Infantry Regiment as a Sniper in the Scout Reconnaissance Platoon. He graduated from Ranger School as the Enlisted Honor Graduate and deployed to Afghanistan, where his unit was awarded a Meritorious Unit Accommodation. Upon exiting the military, he found himself back in Colorado, where he belongs. In 2022 Colin and Chris were recognized as Top Producers in North Colorado. This great state offers everything he loves to do and the people he enjoys being around!
WHAT DOES COLIN ENJOY DOING IN HIS FREE TIME?
Colin's family takes its place at the top of this list. He and his brothers do just about everything together. Even as they get older and busier, they still make time to get together. Colin's fiancé is a local firefighter, and Colin enjoys the time he spends with her and her co-workers. He is an avid outdoorsman, exercise enthusiast, woodworker, golfer, and he has a pretty great dog who gets to share in the adventure.

Christine Allard is a fifth-generation Coloradoan. She was born and raised in Loveland and earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. Christine joined her grandfather in real estate development and sales as a young professional in 1994. She was the Loveland/Berthoud area Realtor Association’s Rookie of the Year in 1995 and has been a driving force in the Northern Colorado real estate market.
Christine is fully dedicated to the profession of real estate and to personally caring for every client she serves.
