Jeff was born and raised on a Central South Dakota farm and ranch. He is still involved in a partnership on the property along the Missouri River that was homesteaded by his Great Grandfather in the 1880s. Jeff began his education in a one-room schoolhouse. After receiving his Ag Business degree from South Dakota State University, he spent 15 years as an ag lender. Prior to joining Hayden Outdoors and Land Leader, Jeff owned and operated two real estate companies with a focus on rural real estate. He has over 37 years of experience in real estate brokerage and banking and has handled complex multi-million-dollar transactions representing both buyers and sellers and has extensive knowledge of IRC 1031 Exchanges. Jeff is a licensed real estate broker in South Dakota and Wyoming.
