Jonna Bosch is a licensed salesperson for Hayden Outdoors in Kansas. She was born and raised in Central Kansas and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, J.C., and their German Shorthaired Pointers. Jonna and her husband work together operating a professional dog training kennel and hunting guide business in addition to selling farm, ranch, and recreational real estate.

J.C. Bosch's passion for the outdoor industry begins with his vocation as a professional dog trainer and wingshooting guide. Each client that works with J.C. as a land specialist for Hayden Outdoors will get the same heart, passion, and dedication that he brings each day in the outdoor industry. Residing just outside of Great Bend, Kansas, J.C. will go the extra mile to serve each one of his clients in finding or selling their perfect property. Spending nearly every day of the year outdoors training hunting dogs, working on habitat, or guiding hunters, he understands the value of a prime hunting habitat as well as the land's agricultural value and how the two can compliment each other. A steward of the land and wildlife, with a heart to serve others to the highest standards; J.C. loves what he does and enjoys the opportunity to help and serve everyone he comes in contact with.

Growing up in Goodland, Kansas, Jim learned the value and reward of hard work. After completing his degree in Business Management, and competing on the varsity golf team at Wichita State University, Jim married his high school sweetheart and set off on a 21 year career as a private club manager and a PGA Golf Professional. As a club manager, Jim relied on his skills in customer service, organization, project management and hard work to be successful, and he carries these skills forward to be successful in real estate today. Jim truly enjoys learning and is an avid reader and "news hound", staying up to date on markets and the world around him. He also enjoys learning about the people around him and each of their personal journeys. As an avid upland and whitetail bow hunter and fisherman, Jim cherishes his time outdoors and looks forward to the opportunity to get his truck dirty while helping you buy or sell your next property.

Stacy Johnson is a licensed salesperson with Hayden Outdoors in Kansas. Stacy was born and raised in Hays, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in agribusiness. Stacy is a licensed Appraiser and has been involved in real estate for more than 12 years. Stacy is actively involved in raising game birds and managing a hunting operation. Stacy understands the many opportunities available in today’s real estate market. Stacy’s experience in real estate combined with his interest in the outdoors makes him an asset when looking to buy or sell property.

Debbie is a Sales Agent in Kansas and is also the Licensing and Compliance Officer for the Hayden Outdoors Team. Debbie grew up in farming and ranching in Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska. With a background in insurance and real estate Debbie’s work ethic and attention to detail are great assets. Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends in the great outdoors.

Shad Sheldon is a native of Kanorado, Kansas and a retired electrician turned real estate agent. He graduated from Northwest Kansas Technical College and continued to live in Goodland where he fortuitously built and operated his own electrical company for 28 years. Additionally, he spent several years in farming and managing commercial and residential real estate, which included producing and controlling area hunting lodge Shaps Beaver Creek Ranch. His essence is also much consumed in music. The passionate singer, songwriter and guitarist started playing at age seven and currently performs with country rock band Whiskey Rich. As the consummate outdoorsman, Shad draws from a wealth of experience in hunting—with a particular sentiment for archery—and in developing ground. Upon retirement from the electrical business, he relocated to Lecompton where he fervently represents the Hayden Outdoors team. With brimming success gained on his own properties, he hones the knowledge and skill to match his clients with the income-generating land they desire and to help them attract and maintain wildlife.

Cody is a licensed salesperson in Kansas. Growing up and working on a farm in western Kansas, Cody learned the value of hard work at a young age. He attended college at Fort Hays State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Geography with an emphasis in Petroleum Resources. After graduating, he worked for an oil company for several years. Cody’s true passion is hunting and being outdoors. He spends many hours in the woods chasing deer and turkeys. He owns a hunting operation where he guides deer and turkey hunts and also manages properties for wildlife. Cody’s knowledge of hunting, farming and the oil industry makes him the perfect fit for buyers and sellers looking for their dream property in Kansas. Cody is very excited to be a part of the Hayden Outdoors team and he looks forward to helping you find your next farm, ranch, or recreational property.

Connor is a licensed salesperson in the state of Kansas. Growing up in central Kansas his entire life, Connor has always had a deep appreciation for the land and habitat around him. From working on his grandfather's farm to chasing those deceptive whitetail deer, he has gained valuable knowledge and passion for the great outdoors. Connor has owned and operated his own lawn and tree company for the last ten years of his professional career. Through this experience he has acquired an insightful perspective on listening, loyalty, and honesty. These are attributes he desires to achieve with each client he serves. His hard work, dedication, and values are what have helped set him apart. In his free time, you can find Connor enjoying time with his family, hunting, traveling, or relaxing at Wilson Lake. Connor currently resides in his home town of Great Bend, KS with his wife, their son, and golden retriever.
