Candy Cargill is the broker and owner of Hill Country Real Estate that was founded by her Mother in the early 1970’s making it the oldest company in Blanco County. After having a career in different phases of the sports industry, she moved back "home" and went to work at Hill Country Real Estate in 1986.

The last twenty years of his career with the Nestle Group, he served as the Manager for the Home and Office water division in North Texas. In this position he and his team were recognized as the top-selling team for many consecutive years during their National Sales events. Bryan and his wife have been married for 30 years and have three children. Their devotion to each other since High School has laid a tremendous foundation for their family. Together, they have raised their kids in Robinson. Bryan has had the privilege of coaching his son’s little league teams and served the Robinson Little league as a four-year board member with two years as the President. Garrett was born in North, TX and grew up in Johnson County. He is a 2003 graduate of Crowley High School and his family resides in Burleson, Texas. Upon graduation, Garrett worked his way through Tarrant County College to earn his EMT and Firefighter certificates. He was hired on with the City of Waco Fire department in 2007 and works out of Station 1. Garrett currently holds the rank of Lieutenant on Engine 1 in East Waco. He has also become part of the elite team that serves Central Texas via Swift Water Rescue, Confined Space and Trench Rescue and the Hazmat Team. Did I mention he is also an accomplished welder? His time at the Fire Department has allowed him to do what he loves the most, helping others in need. Jack Fauntleroy was raised in Texas and Oklahoma and graduated from Highland Park H.S. in Dallas, Texas in 1987. He was then accepted to The University of Texas at Austin where he received his bachelors of Science degree in communications, in 1993. Upon graduation, Jack was hired by Clear Channel Communications in Austin where he worked in the radio advertising industry until August 2000. In August, Jack was hired by Cox Radio in Houston, Texas were he continued his work in the advertising field. In September of 2002, Jack joined the family business and moved to Throckmorton, Texas to run The Fauntleroy Hunting lodge and Bed and Breakfast. Jack added the namesake pizza business “Jack’s Pizza” to the family operation in 2003 and continues to work out the old Fauntleroy home to this day. In his spare time, Jack was president and co- creator of the World Championship Rocky Mountain Oyster Festival and BBQ Cook off (Est. 2002), President of the Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture for 3 separate years, and a member of the Throckmorton Volunteer Fire department. Jack now helps raise 3 children (Brad, Ryan and Olivia) with his wife, Angela Fauntleroy. In February 2007, Jack received his salesperson license with the TREC and is a proud member of Hortenstine Ranch Company, LLC, where he helps with, among other things, advertising Texas ranches for sale.
